Double check:
- That you've setup the integration correctly:
- Once you've logged in, click home in the top menu, then billing plans on the left
- Continue through the process until you get to the cloud software integration page
- If you've connected it correctly, you should see the account in Xero that we're connected to.
- That you've added your products correctly (if you haven't done this, your invoices will be sitting in Xero as drafts):
- Find out how to do that in the last section on this page.
